1、主导建立机器人专用标准件库（包括紧固件螺栓、轴套、销轴等），制定详细的选型规范、技术参数标准及验收标准，推动通用化、系列化、模块化设计，减少物料种类，提高复用率； 2、基于机器人性能需求（如负载、精度、速度、寿命、耐腐蚀性等），进行关键标准件的工程计算与仿真验证，确保选型满足设计要求； 3、参与机器人本体结构设计评审，从标准化角度提出改进建议，优化接口定义，确保不同模块间的互换性与兼容性; 4、制定标准件的测试验证计划，包括疲劳测试、振动测试、高低温测试等，确保其在机器人复杂工况下的可靠性，跟踪试验后的质量反馈，分析失效模式，推动标准件设计或选型的持续改进; 5、编写并维护《机器人标准件选型手册》、《设计规范》及相关技术文档; 6、推动CATIA、XBOM系统中标准件数据的准确性与完整性，确保研发、采购、生产环节数据一致。

1、机械工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、3-5年以上机器人、自动化设备或精密机械制造行业工作经验，熟悉机器人本体结构者优先； 3、具备丰富的标准件选型与应用经验； 4、精通CATIA三维/二维设计软件，熟练使用Office办公软件； 5、深入理解机械原理、材料力学、公差配合及表面处理工艺； 6、熟悉ISO、GB、DIN等机械标准体系； 7、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动决策优化标准件库； 8、良好的跨部门沟通能力，能与研发、采购、质量、生产团队高效协作； 9、严谨细致，具备强烈的成本意识和质量意识。
