1. 负责人形机器人整机的各类试验，包括不限于环境适应性/耐久/寿命/热管理等各类综合试验； 2. 参与试验的全流程实施包括：试验策划/方案/方法标准/试验的执行质量/进度/安全/试验数据分析及报告的编写； 3. 参与实验相关建设：根据试验策划对设备的选型/采购/布局等进行规划和实施，同步建设相关的操作规范和标准； 4. 包括不限于通过机械自动化/上位机/数控/机械视觉等不同多领域手段，改进及优化现有的试验策略或方法。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上综合试验领域，不限行业； 2. 熟悉汽车/机器人等其他复杂硬件的室内试验流程/试验方法，能完整的从试验策划到过程的实验设备的选型到执行以及试验报告等全流程的开展试验工作，以耐久/老化/热管理/NVH/环保等领域为主，拓展相关领域的试验工作； 3. 有一个/多个在机械自动化（工装/治具/非标自动化）/上位机/数控/机械视觉等领域改进过试验方法的优先考虑； 4. 试验过程中对上位机软件及操作软件有开发及维护相关的编程经验者（python/C++）优先考虑； 5. 善于思考,较强的逻辑思维能力,具备试验规范的探究及开发能力,能根据项目试验工作中发现的不足，开展机器人相关试验规范的探究，制/修订相关试验规范和评价标准; 6. 有良好的沟通表达能力、主动学习能力，组织协调能力，积极乐观。
