1、负责小鹏全新新能源车型全生命周期研发管控，主导从概念定义、造型\工程开发、样车试制至量产交付的全流程，统筹车型开发、项目节点、成本管控、质量达成等核心目标，对车型研发全流程结果负责。 2、审核车型研发里程碑计划及项目章程，拉通造型中心、工程中心、供应链中心、制造中心、质量中心等跨部门资源，牵头解决造型工程化落地冲突、商务定点与开发周期匹配、技术方案与成本目标平衡等协作断点，推动跨部门高效协同。 3、主导整车架构及系统方案选型，结合车型产品定义及小鹏现有整车架构平台，统筹整车、系统及零部件开发方案；牵头车身、底盘、三电系统集成设计，严格落实小鹏工程技术标准及研发规范，精通整车性能仿真、试验验证、工艺适配等核心工程技术，确保研发全流程符合IATF16949体系及小鹏内部质量管控要求； 4、统筹车型项目开发整体进度，制定科学合理的里程碑节点计划，实时跟踪进度执行情况，及时识别进度偏差并制定纠偏措施，确保项目按既定节点推进、达成量产交付目标； 5、强化项目全流程风险管理，识别研发各环节（技术方案落地、供应链保障、试验验证、海外法规适配等）潜在风险，建立风险台账，制定防控预案及应急处置方案，主动规避、化解研发风险，确保车型造型、续航、安全、NVH、整车精致化等核心性能达到行业领先水平，契合小鹏产品核心竞争力定位。 6、负责关键技术路线决策，牵头评审超充技术、电池选型、电驱系统、智驾芯片、电子电气架构等核心方案，基于BOM成本与产品性能的平衡，做出高效、科学的技术决策，支撑小鹏技术路线落地及产品迭代。 7、推动新材料、新工艺、新技术在整车端的落地应用，贴合小鹏降本增效及技术创新战略，持续优化制造成本，提升生产效率，增强产品市场竞争力。 8、具备出海车型本地化开发相关经验为宜，能够主导海外车型研发适配，确保产品符合欧标、美标等海外法规要求及当地市场需求，支撑公司出海战略落地。

1、学历与经验 本科及以上学历，10年及以上整车研发经验，至少主导2款及以上新能源量产车型全生命周期开发（有小鹏体系研发经验、或头部新势力车企同岗经验者优先）。 2、3年及以上研发总监/总工程师/平台负责人管理履历。 3、专业能力 精通整车V模型开发流程，熟练掌握整车架构开发、性能集成、仿真验证、轻量化设计等核心技术，熟悉小鹏整车架构平台及研发技术标准者优先。 熟练运用QFD、DFMEA、6σ等质量工具，具备IATF16949体系落地与实践经验，熟悉小鹏内部质量管控流程及研发风险管控规范。 深入熟悉三电系统、智能驾驶、电子电气架构、车身底盘等核心系统的开发与集成逻辑，契合小鹏技术发展方向。
