1、新车型电检及检测线工艺规划、工艺开发、设备开发，以及验证； 2、新车型电检及检测线相应程序开发及验证； 3、新车型MR需求提出及推进，产品诊断协议及检测规范等评审； 4、EOL设备及检测线设备与车辆通讯异常问题的解析推进； 5、负责电检及检测线能力提升，以及中长期规划； 6、负责整车电器相关问题的验证及推进； 7、负责电检及检测线的工艺优化、以及降成本推进。

1、熟练掌握CAN、CANFD、DoIP通讯协议，有通讯log分析经验； 2、掌握UDS、DoIP协议，能够分析诊断车辆与设备交互的问题； 3、掌握ODX规范，能够基于ODX进行诊断仪与EOL的程序开发工作； 4、至少掌握一种总线诊断开发工具，并能熟练使用； 5、至少掌握一门编成语言（C语言、C++、JAVA等）； 6、熟悉linux基本操作，熟悉TCP/IP网络原理； 7、良好的英语能力； 8、具备汽车行业主流品牌汽车电器系统工作经验； 9、熟悉汽车各电器模块的工作原理，具备整车电器问题解析推进能力； 10、良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力； 11、具有高度的责任心，以结果为导向，善于主动设定目标并寻找实现目标的方法。
