1. 负责管理机器人数据采集团队，对交付负责，保障交付数据的及时性和质量； 2. 主导完成数据采集涉及的需求分析、采集方案设计、机器人/道具部署、实地采集到数据回传等各环节的工作，科学制定采集计划、动态调度资源； 3. 负责完成采集目标所需场地、设备、道具、素材等管理工作，统筹规划项目的推进节奏，协调内外部资源，以解决采集实施过程中的各类问题； 4. 制定并优化数据采集流程、规范和质量标准，确保数据任务高效、准确、按时交付，建立多维度的数据质检与监控体系，持续优化数据交付标准与验收流程； 5. 与产品、研发团队协作，提出并不断完善平台能力，提升生产效率和自动化水平，持续提效降本； 6. 分析数据采集过程中的异常与瓶颈，及时推动整改、复盘与知识沉淀。

1.本科及以上学历，有自动驾驶、智能驾驶、机器人或大模型相关行业背景优先； 2. 具备采集数据质量体系搭建与高效交付经验；注重细节，具备数据交付质量管控、数据标准制定与流程优化能力； 3. 熟悉自动驾驶或机器人领域的数据采集及质量控制体系，具备推动平台工具研发和自动化提升的能力； 4. 优秀的组织、协调，沟通能力强，善于整合内外部资源，有效解决跨团队、跨部门合作中的复杂问题。
