1. 负责管理大功率电源(PCS，直流充电模块)硬件开发流程，制定开发规格的技术要求，开展电源模块开发工作，并主导评审工作； 2. 主导大功率电源硬件开发工作，与Layout、结构、磁设计、软件团队协作，保证各阶段开发活动按计划开展，并保障产品的开发质量； 3. 负责大功率电源的硬件架构设计，产品原理图设计，Layout评审，硬件调试及问题定位分析解决； 4. 负责大功率电源产品的核心器件选型及设计工作，如功率器件，电容，电流传感器，电感，变压器等）； 5. 参与市场质量失效产品的失效分析，与质量团队协作定位根因并提出改善方案。

1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程/电力电子, 电子技术，应用电子技术等相关专业。具备1款以上量产产品全流程开发经验、有大功率电源开发经验者优先； 2. 深入理解开关电源拓扑的原理与控制，功率器件和磁性器件的设计，选型及应用； 3. 熟悉安规、EMC相关的标准，有安规和EMC设计整改的成功经验； 4. 熟悉大功率车载电源常见失效模式与失效机理； 5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力以及团队协作精神。

该岗位可同时接受23届，24届，25届毕业的专业对口人员投递。
