1、负责项目车型嵌入式软件质量保障，高效高质完成交付，包括测试环境搭建（包括手动测试台架和自动化测试台架）。 2、测试策略与计划制定，参与产品需求和技术方案的早期评审，从测试角度提供专业意见。 3、制定复杂嵌入式软件模块或系统的整体测试策略（测试台架+路测）、测试计划、测试方案，测试资源评估。 4、设计高质量的测试用例，覆盖功能、性能、稳定性、安全、可靠性等各个方面。 5、质量过程改进和效率优化，开发自动化脚本/工具提升测试效率。

1、本科及以上学历；5年以上车载产品测试经验，熟悉一门编程语言和前后端/软硬件开发，有嵌入式软件测试经验优先。 2、具备较强的沟通、过程改进、风险识别和推动能力。 3、熟悉车载网络和电子元件基础知识。 4、有驾照和驾驶经验者优先。
