1、主导具身智能应用运行时的架构设计、核心开发与落地，评估现有平台能力，制定复用、二次开发或重构方案，并对关键技术决策负责； 2、设计并开发统一的组件模型、进程架构、生命周期管理和任务编排机制，支撑规划、导航、操作、交互及控制等模块的组合、部署与运行； 3、建立应用接口与依赖治理体系，统一服务定义、数据契约、版本兼容和异常语义，推动存量算法应用平滑迁移至统一框架； 4、面向实时性、受限算力和安全要求，解决资源竞争、故障隔离、异常恢复与性能可观测等问题，保障复杂任务下的确定性和系统稳定性； 5、跟踪并推动高性能 AI Agent Runtime 的演进，探索 Agent 的工具调用、任务执行和状态管理机制，推动机器人各智能能力在端侧可靠协同。

1、计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备 5 年以上机器人、自动驾驶或复杂智能系统软件研发经验，有应用框架或平台架构设计与落地经验； 3、精通现代 C++，具备扎实的 Linux 系统编程能力，熟悉多线程并发、进程间通信、内存与资源管理，能够独立完成核心代码开发和系统级问题定位； 4、有大型多进程软件系统的框架设计与落地经验，深入理解组件化、生命周期管理、任务编排、接口治理和版本兼容； 5、具备实时性与可靠性工程经验，能够系统处理时延抖动、资源竞争、故障隔离、异常恢复和性能分析问题； 6、至少主导或深度参与过一款复杂智能产品从原型到量产的完整过程，并有推动多个业务模块迁移或接入统一平台的经验； 7、具备良好的架构判断和跨团队推动能力，能够在业务交付、长期演进与工程成本之间做出清晰取舍。

加分项： 有 ROS 2、Cyber RT、DDS、AUTOSAR Adaptive 或类似机器人、车载软件平台的设计、二次开发或重构经验； 熟悉行为树、状态机、DAG 等任务编排模型，并有复杂机器人任务落地经验； 有端侧高性能 AI Agent Runtime、工具调用框架或智能体任务执行引擎经验； 熟悉异构计算与端侧资源调度，理解 AI 推理服务与应用运行时的协同边界； 有人形机器人、移动机器人或多机协同系统量产经验。
