1、大学本科及以上学历，汽车工程或机械工程等相关专业； 2、深入理解新能源车动力域硬件构成及软件控制策略，具有保电性能开发/策略优化经验优先； 3、具备较好驾驶技能及驾驶性主观评价能力及动力域三高测试经验； 4、具有8年以上相关工作经验，能适应短期出差。
