1.制定精益生产计划：根据公司总体目标，制定年度事业计划并跟进实施情况，包括流程优化/成本控制/质量提升等关键领域的改善指标达成； 2.现场管理与改善：负责生产现场的改善管理，标准工时及线平衡核算，推进现场HPV优化，工时提升等专项落地实施，提升整体生产效率； 3.班组标准化管理与改善：建立班组标准化运行机制，落实班组标准化标准，帮助厂部班组提升基础管理能力； 4.绩效监控与分析：建立生产绩效指标体系，定期收集并分析数据，评估相关改善项目效果，并针对不足点提出改进意见，确保目标达成； 5.上级领导交办其他事项。

【任职资格】 1、工作5年及以上，工业工程/车辆工程/机械制造等专业优先； 2、具有汽车制造行业体系管理/成本管理/现场改善及运维管理经验优先； 3、具有较强的工作责任心和应变能力、成本意识和良好的团队合作意识； 4、熟练运用EXCEL/WORD/PPT等办公软件。
