1、负责人形机器人整机传感器系统架构设计、方案迭代与技术评审，输出系统设计规范与性能指标定义； 2、统筹视觉、IMU、力觉、雷达等多传感器选型、布局、接口与链路设计，完成关键技术预研与可行性评估； 3、负责传感器信号完整性、标定方案、时间同步与融合架构设计； 4、主导传感器整机集成、可靠性、温振、EMC、环境适应性问题分析与闭环优化； 5、跟进传感器硬件、算法、测试团队协同落地，完成技术预研、风险识别与版本迭代； 6、开展前沿技术探索：研究新型传感器技术及机器学习模型，推动感知系统创新。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、测控、光电、机器人等相关专业，3年及以上机器人传感器架构设计经验； 2、熟悉相机、IMU、力传感器、激光雷达等感知器件原理、误差特性及选型逻辑； 3、精通CANFD、车载以太网、SPI/I2C等接口，具备信号完整性、眼图、噪声、畸变、温漂等分析能力； 4、掌握多传感器标定、时间同步、误差传递、感知融合等基础架构设计方法； 5、具备整机可靠性、结构集成、防护、减振、EMC问题排查与设计优化能力； 6、具备独立架构方案输出、技术评审与跨团队推进落地能力，有人形机器人经验者优先。
