1、负责综合采购部降本管理相关工作，保障部门达成公司战略降本目标； 2、负责与公司财经部门/成本部门协同，确定降本指标，明确口径和监控方式，负责降本指标的拆解和落地跟踪，定期输出降本分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支撑； 3、与采购经理，公司成本部门协同搭建核心品类成本TCO模型，并用于日常采购项目价格分析； 4、牵头新技术、新材料、新商务模式的调研与评估，以及竞品价格的搜集与分析，挖掘降本增效机会点，推动技术成果在采购环节的转化应用； 5、负责培训和提升各品类采购经理的降本能力，增强部门经营管理意识和能力。

1、学历背景:本科及以上学历，供应链管理、财务、成本管理，经营分析等相关专业优先; 2、有从0-1 搭建大型制造型/科技企业系统编码管理经验优先； 3、工作经验:5年以上采购或供应链管理相关工作经验，至少2年以上间接采购行业采购成本管理经验，具备从0到1搭建成本管理体系的实战经验； 4、数据分析能力:具备较强的数据分析与决策能力，熟悉采购成本分析工具(如Excel、SAP、Oracle等)，能够从数据中发现并解决成本优化问题； 5、项目管理能力:具备领导和推动大型降本项目的经验，能够管理复杂项目并跨部门协作，有效整合公司内外部资源。
