岗位概述 作为深港办公室负责人，承接总部行政战略并结合两地城市及业务特点解码落地，统筹深圳、香港办公区全链路行政运营。 核心任务一：带领深圳区域行政团队持续提升空间运营与服务水平； 核心任务二：负责香港办公室从0到1筹建和行政运营体系搭建； 核心任务三：统筹深港综合运营相关事项（人才、重点企业等）的政策获取与资源争取，打造高效、安全、合规、有温度的深港一体化行政服务体系。

岗位职责 1. 区域体系与团队管理：承接总部行政标准流程，结合深港属地特点迭代优化SOP；统筹深圳团队任务分配、绩效与能力培养，搭建香港行政运营模式。 2. 香港办公室筹建交付 ：统筹香港办公室装修施工、家具设备、证照办理、供应商进场等筹建全流程，确保按期落成、人员顺利进驻；同步建立香港属地供应商体系与运营SOP、应急预案、首年预算。 3. 空间全生命周期运营：统筹深港办公区空间规划，提升空间利用率；负责空间资产与固定资产全生命周期管理，数据化、精细化控本。 4. 安全与合规管理：作为区域安全第一责任人，统筹两地空间安全、设施设备运维与应急联动；确保香港运营符合当地消防、劳工、楼宇管理等法规，跨境合规风险前置识别。 5. 成本与采购管控：统筹区域行政预算编制与执行，严格费用审核与采购全流程合规，实现零违规、成本合理优化。 6. 员工体验与福利文化：统筹两地会务接待、福利文化活动，保障一线体验与标准落地，区域文化宣传按期宣推。 7. 综合运营政策统筹：统筹深港两地综合运营相关政策事项，包括人才类（高层次人才认定、个税优惠、补贴）、重点企业（企业落户、租金补贴、税收优惠）等支持政策，推动政策争取与落地执行。 8. 外部生态维护：作为区域对外窗口，维护深港两地业主、大物业、政府属地部门及服务供应商关系，整合属地资源。

1. 本科及以上学历，5-8年以上行政相关工作经验，其中1年以上团队管理经验； 2. 有办公室筹建/开荒全流程经验（装修、进驻、运营搭建），有香港或跨境行政经验者优先； 3. 熟悉深圳本地行政资源与生态，了解香港楼宇运营、劳工及消防基础法规者优先； 4. 粤语流利，英语可作为工作语言者优先； 5. 跨城市、跨部门组织协调能力强，能独当一面处理突发事件； 6. 抗压能力强，结果导向，具备良好的计划执行与拿结果能力 7. 需港深两地的出差
