岗位职责： 1.负责嵌入式零部件(含座舱，智驾，BMS，IPU（驱动板+控制板），域控等)开发及生产中的工艺管理方案、流程、标准的制定，涵盖对上下游的设计/管控要求制定；策划部门整体控制器代工厂的工艺质量管控方案，规划部门工艺开发方向及落地，确保项目对应的PV测试与装车验证顺利通过；需深度专精包括：锡膏，钢网，smt，炉温，三防漆，bonding，pressfit，烧录，自动化组装，测试等全流程工艺knowhow； 2.策划推动供应商新车型品熟，快速稳定新车品质； 3.推动供应商能力提升，满足公司对于量产、市场质量指标要求； 4.指导对重点供应商、重点质量课题进行攻坚； 5.工艺管理体系建设，人员培养； 6.负责嵌入式质量/工艺团队建设，处理包括但不限于研发/项目过程、市场端、工艺开发、设备开发等工艺问题的推进与攻坚； 7.参与嵌入式部门零部件设计变更、软件变更及技术方案评审、验证并跟踪实施效果； 8负责零部件量产非标测试设备方案评审，资源协调及问题解决；

任职要求： 1、全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料、工业工程、电子/电气类等相关专业； 2、13年以上主机厂或大型Tier1质量/工艺工作经验，有管理经验优先； 3、精通汽车零部件生产制造过程，熟悉零部件新车型开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点； 4、熟悉QC手法的运用,熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析 5、熟悉PFEMA、QC、CPK、MSA、过程数据统计分析等质量工具的应用； 6、具有优秀的沟通能力与品质敏感度，原则性强。 7、熟悉整车/零部件管理全流程； 8、熟悉零部件量产测试设备开发流程，对产线测试方案、合理性、效率等有一定见解； 9.了解汽车控制器硬件及工作原理，熟悉电控类及车载娱乐系统类产品及二级物料的工艺及质量管控；
