职责描述： 搭建运营体系：搭建平台化产品的运营体系，制定体验类产品平台化的范围、路径、节奏、模板等，协同车型、造型、技术、采购等多中心，推动平台化的全面落地； 搭建数字系统：搭建平台化的数字系统，推动各中心在平台化的主流程和交付物上完成数字化，推动平台化在系统层面落地的保障； 搭建项目管理：对所有平台化的产品进行全面的项目管理，设定不同的阶段，更新所有的进展，对风险进行提前识别和推动解决；

10年及以上工作经验，5年+汽车主机厂体验相关经验，本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、项目管理等相关专业优先； 3年+团队管理经验（10人+），主导2款+车型体验类项目，具备平台化体验策划经验； 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力和技巧，善于跨部门沟通与协同； 正直、真诚、热情
