1、完成门护板设计并按计划进行全周期开发，把控识别过程中存在的问题与潜在风险，独立或协调资源进行规避解决； 2、组织结构对标、结构创新，推动提升产品设计质量； 3、组织内饰（门板立柱等）专业在产品设计中设计、制造、成本等方面提升和有效达成； 4、组织推动内饰专业问题推动解决，分析并出具有效措施实现全周期开发； 5、编制修订门板立柱相关标准规范、性能目标等； 6、组织和提升内饰专业人员技术能力建设； 7、配合部门把关各项目门板立柱专业输出物质量； 8、组织推动降重降本工作开展，根据任务目标制定可行行动方案及计划。

1、本科及以上学历，汽车设计、机械设计、机械制造及自动化、材料等相关专业； 2、熟悉门护板、立柱等材料、结构、研发和制造端的开发流程； 3、熟练掌握作图软件、办公软件等设计及分析工具； 4、具备极强的责任心、高效的执行力，勇于承担敢于做出突破； 5、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力、交流顺畅表达清晰； 6、具备洞悉行业发展趋势； 7、1年以上（门护板）等总成设计经验、参与经历过中高端乘用车型开发经验优先； 8、至少1年以上主机厂从业经验，1款以上成熟车型门护板立柱等同类产品开发经验。 9、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
