1. 负责市场质量风险问题的收集与识别、风险评估及问题管理，牵头推动重大、复杂、疑难批量质量问题的技术攻关与闭环，统筹协调研发、生产、采购、售后、供应商等资源，确保问题快速有效解决； 2. 承担监管调查问询等事项的全流程闭环管理，负责召回、三包、OTA 升级等监管相关业务的管理与合规运作； 3. 跟踪召回、三包及汽车安全领域法规与监管动态，沉淀监管应对标准流程与典型案例库，强化组织监管业务应对能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械制造、质量管理等理工科相关专业； 2. 8 年以上整车厂质量工作经验， 熟悉市场质量全流程（信息分析、改进、索赔、OTA、批量处置等），有新能源整车企业经验者优先； 3. 有直接应对监管对应业务经验者优先，熟悉《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》《家用汽车产品修理更换退货责任规定》及总局业务对应流程； 4. 具备较强的沟通和统筹协调能力，能够拉动资源、牵头分析复杂技术问题，熟练运用 8D、FTA、FMEA 等质量工具，具备扎实的风险评估能力； 5. 具备全球化市场质量管理经验者优先，熟悉海外监管体系者优先。
