岗位职责： 1、参与全双工语音大模型的架构设计与算法研发，探索语音与语义的统一建模方案，通过数据 Scaling 和算法优化，构建具备“边听边说”、动态智能判停、抗干扰能力强的实时语音交互系统。 2、追踪国际语音大模型、全双工交互等前沿方向的最新进展，针对现有系统和算法的不足，提出改进并推动实现，探索将新技术应用于实际业务；

岗位要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业优先，有全双工语音大模型工作经验。 2、对语音识别、语音合成、对话理解等技术具备扎实的理论基础，熟悉端到端语音大模型的原理和架构。 3、熟悉深度学习与 LLM 技术，有使用大规模数据优化模型的动手经验，熟练掌握 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流深度学习框架。 4、编程基础扎实，熟练掌握 Python 和 C++ 编程语言，熟悉 Linux 开发环境。 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较强的独立工作能力和主人翁意识。
