1、前期规划工作：负责新车型项目、新生产基地及重大变革项目的入厂物流战略布局与方案设计。通过前瞻性的入厂规划，确保物流系统与生产制造高效协同，从源头实现精益、敏捷与成本最优，规划最优的入厂模式、拉动方式、路线规划、仓储配套环节。 2、取货（FCA）分析工作：通过对入厂物流全流程运作环节和入厂多种结算模式的了解，能够统筹全链条物流信息；通过收集车型BOM信息、包装信息以及零部件物流成本信息，并结合最新的取货合同，输出供应商级别的自运及取货的比价结果，完成自运至取货的商务与运作切换工作，同时输出单车成本测算。规划最优入厂模式，并将前期规划结果导入实际运作。 3、3PL招投标：负责协助采购完成入厂物流服务商的招投标全流程，为小鹏汽车筛选出最优质的物流服务伙伴，从而支持生产节拍、优化物流成本结构，并共同构建业内领先的、高效精益的入厂物流体系；应用并优化入厂物流成本测算模型，确保招标定价的科学性与合理性，为成本分析提供数据支持。 4、入厂模式改善：持续优化车辆预约机制、道口分配规则、厂内运输动线及入厂作业流程，缩短车辆厂内等待时长、提升道口利用率；落地精益物流、推进物流降本增效、现场问题专项改善。

1、 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链、交通运输等相关专业优先。 2、3年以上汽车主机厂、新能源整车厂或大型汽车零部件工厂入厂物流、现场运输管理工作经验，熟悉Milk-run循环取货、道口预约调度、零部件入厂流程者优先。 3、熟悉汽车行业JIT/JIS供货模式、干线运输、厂内物流运作逻辑；熟练操作TMS、ERP等物流系统，熟练使用常用办公工具进行数据统计、透视表分析及报表制作。 4、具备优秀的现场协调、跨部门沟通及应急处置能力，能快速处理各类物流突发问题；工作严谨、责任心强、抗压能力佳，适配工厂生产节奏。
