1.负责焊装产品RPS/MCP定义策略与评审，协同尺寸工程开展产品设计SE分析，重点造型、车身结构的匹配风险评估与方案提供； 2.负责焊装工装全流程开发策略与工装设计评审，包括夹具、装调线辅具等；同时，协同ME开展车身质量门规划、测量策略与设备开发； 3.负责投产阶段焊装工装验证体系和验证流程搭建，带领投产团队攻关匹配类疑难点问题； 4.协同四大工艺，负责跨领域、综合性、疑难性车身匹配类问题攻关和闭环，牵头复盘并形成车身再发防止库；

1、本科及以上，10年以上车身匹配工作经验，有工装设计经验和能力者优先； 2、熟悉冲焊涂总工艺流程，有焊装开闭件/装调工艺经验优先，熟悉使用尺寸分析软件； 3、至少主导5款主流车型车身匹配工作，具备牵头攻关烘烤变形等综合匹配问题经历； 4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神
