1. 新车检证活动统筹策划：牵头新车全流程检证活动的整体策划与实施推进，明确检证范围、检测标准、抽样方案及执行节点，跟踪检证过程进度，汇总分析检证数据，输出检证报告，确保检证活动全面覆盖制造区域质量风险点。 2. 品熟策划与落地：制定新车量产前的品熟（品质成熟度）提升策划方案，明确制造区域各工艺环节（冲压、焊接、涂装、总装）的品熟目标、改进措施及实施计划，推动品熟方案在生产现场落地执行，跟踪品熟效果，持续优化制造过程品质稳定性。 3. 制造区域整车质量保证：聚焦制造核心区域，协助建立并落地整车质量保证体系，监督生产过程中工艺执行、零部件装配、检测流程的规范性，开展制造区域质量巡检与过程审核，识别质量隐患并督促整改，确保整车出厂质量符合设计及客户要求。 4. 制造区域质量指标达成：牵头制定制造区域新车质量核心指标（如一次交验合格率、PPM 值、关键工序不良率等），分解指标至各生产环节，建立指标跟踪监控机制，定期分析指标达成情况，针对未达标项制定改进措施，推动跨部门协同落实，确保质量指标按期达成。 5. 制造区域质量问题推进跟踪：负责制造区域新车质量问题（零部件装配缺陷、工艺执行偏差、整车性能不达标等）的收集、汇总与分析，运用 5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具定位根源，组织生产、研发、采购等相关部门制定整改方案，全程跟踪整改进度，验证整改效果，确保问题闭环管理。 6. 跨部门协同与数据汇报：与生产、研发、采购等部门建立高效沟通机制，同步制造区域新车质量信息，协调解决质量协同问题；建立制造区域质量数据台账，定期输出质量分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支撑。
