1、负责整车整车强度/底盘误用试验、水管理试验或保安防灾属性试验开展（至少熟练掌握其中一项试验能力）。 2、负责试验数据、结果、试验报告的交付质量和校对。 3、负责监督试验按照规范执行，负责试验进度把控、汇报及跟踪。 4、负责试验过程中问题发现、问题初步分析、问题提报和问题再验证评估等工作。 5、负责试验安全和试验质量管理，负责试验过程数据的采集及反馈。 6、负责编写试验大纲与报告。

1、本科及以上学历 ，1年以上相关属性试验工作经验。 2、至少掌握强度/水管理/保安防灾其中一项试验原理和问题分析能力。 3、掌握整车耐久试验工作流程。 4、熟悉新能源车的结构和原理，掌握常用整车CAN通讯数据采集仪等测试设备的使用方法。 5、驾驶技能熟练，驾照C1及以上，1年以上实际驾龄。 6、吃苦耐劳，踏实肯干，可接受适当出差。
