1. 数据驱动的产品决策与定义：建立并完善多维度的数据分析模型，通过对客户行为、业务流转及财务指标的深度挖掘，精准识别高价值业务场景与增长机会；以数据为驱动，主导产品功能定义、优先级排序及差异化卖点提炼，输出结构化的产品需求文档（PRD）。 2. 全生命周期商业价值管理：负责机器人软硬件产品从概念设计、POC验证、量产交付到退市的全生命周期管理。通过追踪产品上线后的核心商业指标（如ROI、客户留存率、复购率等），进行商业复盘与效能评估，持续推动产品迭代与商业收益最大化。 3. 跨域协同与生态战略落地：作为商业战略与研发执行的枢纽，协同算法、硬件、供应链及市场团队，确保产品规划在技术可行性、BOM成本与商业目标之间达到最优平衡；同时配合市场策略，输出产品商业化材料，赋能一线销售与渠道拓展。

1. 学历与专业背景：统招本科及以上学历，自动化、机械电子、计算机、商业分析或金融经济类相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：具备1年以上ToB硬件、机器人或智能制造领域的产品规划/商业分析经验；有商用服务机器人或工业机器人（如AGV/AMR、机械臂）从0到1完整商业化落地经验者优先。 3. 核心能力： - 熟练掌握市场分析工具，能独立进行竞品对标、行业趋势预测及商业模式设计，为高层提供战略决策依据。 - 数据分析与商业洞察：极强的数据敏感度与逻辑思维，熟练掌握SQL、Python或Tableau等数据分析工具，能从复杂的业务数据中抽丝剥茧，将模糊的市场痛点转化为可量化、可测试的产品指标。 - 软硬件综合规划能力：熟悉机器人硬件架构与软件系统（ROS、调度系统、AI交互等），理解底层技术逻辑，能将技术可行性与商业价值有效结合。 4. 综合素质：具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力与抗压能力，能在资源受限与需求变更中保持清晰的逻辑与目标导向；适应一定频率的工厂现场调研与出差。 5. 加分项：持有CDA（数据分析师）或有大型商业综合体、3C/新能源工厂数字化项目完整商业规划经验者优先。
