岗位职责： 一、商户服务 1. 建立与不同渠道的深度合作，如：二手车商、乘用车队、洗车、银行等不同单位，完成月度大客户充电的储值要求。 2. 与区域重点头部客户建立良好客情，具备商务谈判能力； 3. 新商户指引 & 赋能（含 SaaS 培训、结算账单答疑）； 4. 合同续约、补充协议跟进及落地（依区域差异确定商务合同谈判归属）； 5. 能独立对接合作加盟商户、物业、政府单位，解决沟通协作类问题。 二、体验治理 1. 搭建并完善区域场站台账，分层标签化管理场站全生命周期，同步完善场站档案； 2. 推进指挥中心问题闭环，处理线下场站问题； 3. 通过巡站、商户 & 用户沟通识别场站异常，高效协调内外部资源解决问题，保障场站正常运营及体验竞争力； 4. 与战区联动开展活动； 5. 负责社群用户答疑及客诉响应。 三、项目管理 1. 区域内场站备案、补贴、检测、道闸、免停等事项管理，及政府对接工作； 2. 常规电价动态调整、公式价 / 平均单月电价月度调整； 3. 场站上线流程验收、场站信息配置，及新站上线运营 SOP（含指引图）落地； 4. 设备意外损坏的定损、保险对接工作； 5. 执行区总及运营负责人安排的其他场站管理类工作； 6. 负责场站安全应急响应。

岗位要求： 一、沟通协作能力 1.具备商务谈判能力，可与区域重点客户建立并维护良好客情关系； 2.能独立对接多类主体（加盟商户、物业、政府单位），高效解决跨方沟通协作问题； 3.掌握客诉处理及用户答疑技巧，可快速响应社群 / 用户反馈并推动问题解决。 二、运营管理能力 1.可搭建并优化场站台账体系，通过分层标签化管理覆盖场站全生命周期，同步完善档案； 2.具备资源协调能力，能通过巡站、多方沟通识别场站异常，高效联动内外部资源解决问题，保障场站运营及体验竞争力； 3.能与战区协同策划并落地活动，提升场站联动效果。 三、事务执行能力 1.熟悉行政事务流程，可独立完成场站备案、补贴、检测、道闸 / 免停管理及政府对接工作； 2.能精准执行标准流程（如场站上线验收、运营 SOP 落地、信息配置），保障工作规范性； 3.具备数据敏感度，可独立完成电价调整（常规动态 / 月度）等数据类事务； 4.能对接设备定损、保险等事项，高效执行上级安排的场站管理类工作。 四、应急与学习能力 1.掌握安全应急响应流程，可及时处理场站突发安全事件； 2.具备快速学习能力，能熟练掌握 SaaS 等工具并完成商户赋能培训。
