1、品牌传播整合营销策划：根据全球及区域传播目标，整合海外 PR、social、创意、媒介、本地化等资源，制定并输出整体品牌营销方案。 2、产品上市营销项目管理：作为海外产品上市项目 PM，对产品全生命周期的商业目标、品牌目标、传播目标全权负责。 3、生命周期 IMC 方案制定：策划输出海外产品营销策略，整合跨区域、跨领域资源，制定完整的生命周期整合营销（IMC）方案并推动落地。 4、项目执行与风险管理：拉通项目涉及的海内外各模块，推动项目高效执行落地，过程中做好风险识别与管控，及时补位，保障项目顺利推进。 5、营销效果跟踪与优化：建立海外营销数据追踪体系，对营销项目效果进行监测、复盘与分析，持续优化策略与执行动作，提升营销 ROI。

1、5 年以上整合营销相关工作经验，其中甲方市场部经验不少于 3 年，有新能源汽车 / 汽车 / 3C / 科技 / 互联网品牌海外营销经验优先。 2、专业能力：具备敏锐的海外市场洞察力与营销反应力，擅长整合传播策划与项目管理。 3、软技能：具备较强的跨文化沟通、执行与问题解决能力，能高效协同海内外团队推进项目。 4、语言要求：英语可作为工作语言（听说读写流利）
