任职要求： - 3年及以上工作经验，具有匹配/电子电器/机能领域（至少1个领域）质量改进工作经验； - 本科及以上学历，工科类相关专业； - 有驾照，熟悉整车工艺，车辆电器模块，整车集成架构，电器通讯专业知识； - 具备良好的组织协调和沟通能力、主动性、团队精神、抗压能力； - 拥有丰富的质量问题分析解决经验，能够熟练运用质量分析工具，具备6SIGMA/8D等系统培训和实用经验。
