岗位职责： 1. 前期对标与方案开发：开展竞品天窗对标、造型可行性分析、整车布置校核、断面方案设计，输出系统方案、技术需求规范，定义天窗类型、运动形式、密封结构、遮阳帘方案、间隙面差目标；完成 DFMEA、特殊特性清单、BOM 编制。 2. 结构与数据开发：使用 CATIA 完成天窗总成、导轨、托架、驱动机构、排水、密封胶条、遮阳帘等 3D 数模、2D 图纸输出，组织方案评审、DMU 干涉检查、公差分析，同步更新 PDM 数据。 3. 供应商开发与管理：参与供应商寻源、定点技术评审，输出 SOR、技术协议；主导供应商方案评审、开模评审、样件认可，跟进零部件开发计划，解决供应商端结构、装配、模具问题。 4. 试验验证与问题管控：制定 DV/PV 试验大纲，管控防水、耐久、启闭力、异响 NVH、冲击、高低温、防夹、老化等试验；组织样车试制、跟车试验，快速定位漏水、异响、卡滞、遮阳帘脱轨、运动不同步等问题，推动整改闭环。 5. 电控与功能协同：对接车身电控团队，定义天窗防夹、一键开闭、通风、语音 / APP 控制等功能逻辑，协同电机、控制器开发，匹配整车 CAN/LIN 信号，配合功能调试与标定验证。 6. 项目交付与变更管理：按项目节点推进 A/B/C 样、OTS、PPAP、SOP 交付；负责工程变更 ECR/ECN 评估、发布、落地；SOP 后支持产线、售后市场问题分析、整改、经验沉淀。 7. 标准与技术沉淀：跟踪天窗相关国标、法规，搭建 / 更新天窗设计规范、检查清单、数据库，参与新技术预研（轻量化、静音导轨、新型遮阳帘等）。、

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上，车辆工程、机械、机电一体化相关专业； 2. 3 年及以上主机厂 / 一线天窗 Tier1 可开启天窗开发经验，独立负责过至少 1 款全景可开启天窗项目全流程； 3. 精通 CATIA，熟练断面、DMU、运动仿真；熟悉整车开发流程（APQP）、DFMEA、DV/PV、PPAP； 4. 熟悉可开启天窗结构：导轨、驱动总成、排水系统、密封系统、遮阳帘、电机、防夹机构，精通常见失效模式：漏水、风噪、异响、卡滞、遮阳帘失效、耐久失效； 5. 熟悉天窗性能试验方法、行业标准，能独立判试验问题；了解天窗电机、LIN 通讯、防夹控制逻辑优先； 6. 良好跨部门协同能力，能独立对接造型、车身、电控、试验、供应商，较强问题拆解能力； 7. 能接受试制跟车、出差供应商现场支持。
