【职位背景】 小鹏机器人正在开发人形机器人本体外覆的饰件系统，包含头外观塑料件、数采结构件、晶格、皮肤、手套、鞋子。在机器人运动过程中起到缓冲、安全防夹、塑形的作用，并与关节运动、散热、防水、结构匹配等属性深度耦合；面罩及数采结构件是机器人性能、视觉感知、精致感知与品质感的外化体现，对商品化落地至关重要。 我们正在招募1名结构设计工程师。岗位一方面承接外饰件零件的3D、2D数据绘制、URDF文件制作；另一方面负责全生命周期管理外覆盖件的拍摄样件：对接拍摄团队、数采团队、整机机长的零件需求，管理并分配零件使用，跟进并解决使用过程中的问题。

【岗位职责】 1. 负责外饰件零件及结构部件的数据设计工作，包含3D建模、2D数据绘制、URDF文件制作。 2. 跟进零件样件试制、装配验证，与造型、项目、工艺、试制及供应商协同，推动零件数据设计及样件交付。 3. 协调外饰件装配验证所需机器资源，组织开展穿脱验证。 4. 负责拍摄团队使用外覆盖件的样件管理：拍摄及备件用零件的申请、管理与协调分配，满足出展和拍摄的外饰件需求；跟进与督促样件回料、在库零件领取，并与试制提单对接外饰件的定期清洁维护。 5. 跟踪拍摄和出展现场，牵头解决外饰件相关突发问题。

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，机器人工程、机械设计、机械工程、工业设计工程、材料成型等相关专业。 2. 具备1-3年结构设计相关工作经验，具备数据设计能力。 3. 熟练使用主流三维设计软件（如CATIA、SolidWorks、UG等），具备扎实的机械设计、工程图纸与公差配合基础。 4. 责任心强、善于沟通，能够协调拍摄、数采、试制等多方资源，推动问题闭环。

【加分项】 1. 熟悉常见材料特性与成型工艺（注塑、钣金、软胶包覆、3D打印等）。 2. 有软质包覆件、外观饰件的设计或工艺经验。 3. 有曲面数据设计能力。
