1. 负责制造QCDSM业务计划指标的制定、分解、月度跟踪及复盘闭环；制定并优化组织绩效评价规则，开展月度评价与末位复盘，推动绩效提升措施落地； 2. 负责部门体系的搭建运行与持续改进，组织部门体系内审自查与外部迎审工作，推动不符合项整改闭环； 3. 负责基地运营合规风险排查与监察，对发现问题出具整改意见并跟踪关闭，定期向管理层汇报； 4. 策划组织基地文化建设、技能竞赛等活动，营造积极向上的团队氛围。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程、企业管理、工商管理、质量管理等相关专业优先； 2. 5年以上汽车制造运营管理、绩效管理或体系管理工作经验； 3. 熟悉QCDSM业务计划指标体系、组织绩效、OKR目标管理与PDCA闭环管理方法； 4. 熟悉IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等管理体系标准者优先； 5. 具备较强的跨部门沟通、业务逻辑、数据分析和书面表达能力，有强烈的目标意识与执行力。
