1. 负责悬架性能件如减振器、弹簧、稳定杆等零部件开发，包括概念设计，布置校核，性能分析，DMU，interface等工作； 2. 负责相关技术文件编制如DCS\SOR\DFMEA\2D\DVP\BOM等； 3. 负责供应商定点及组织零部件各阶段评审，跟踪零部件到货，和各系统配合，快速解决装车及路试各类问题。

1. 熟悉悬架系统及零部件如减振器、弹簧结构、性能要求，有至少3个类似零部件的开发经验； 2. 具有较强的问题解决能力，沟通协助能力，能快速适应新环境； 3.2年以上整车项目底盘开发经验，全日制本科及以上学历，机械、汽车相关专业，熟练使用作图软件等。
