1、大专及以上学历； 2、3年以上大型呼叫中心客户投诉处理经验,熟悉汽车行业投诉处理或有客服组长、班长等客服管理经验更佳； 3、具备很强的洞察力,辨别投诉存在的风险能力； 4、具备内外部沟通和协商谈判解决问题的能力； 5、具备很强的学习能力和分析归纳能力,能够提出合理的的投诉业务改善方案以及优化方向； 6、具备极强的责任心,能吃苦耐劳,适应高强度的工作压压力,诚信正直； 7、有良好的抗压能力及自我情绪调节能力。
