1、负责机器人整机功能集成工具链的软件设计与开发，独立完成工具需求分析、方案设计、编码实现、调试验证、部署维护和持续迭代。 2、 围绕整机功能集成链路，建设支撑联调诊断、数据采集回放、自动化验证、版本准入、结果可视化和问题闭环的工具或平台，提升整机研发效率与交付质量。 3、站在整机视角，梳理核心功能链路中的接口、数据、时序、状态、资源、配置和体验断点，识别可工具化、可自动化、可平台化的关键问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、机器人、自动化、电子信息、通信、机电一体化等相关专业背景。 2、具备软件开发、机器人、自动驾驶、智能硬件、汽车电子、复杂机电系统或研发工具链相关经验。 3、具备扎实的软件开发能力，熟悉 Linux 开发与调试环境，能够独立完成工具或平台的设计、编码、调试、验证和部署。 4、 熟练掌握 C++和Python等开发语言，熟悉Linux系统应用开发，能够用于工具开发、数据处理、自动化流程建设；理解 C/C++ 在机器人系统中的底层接口、性能调试、实时链路、进程通信等场景中的作用。

加分项： - 有人形机器人、工业机器人、自动驾驶、智能汽车、智能硬件或复杂机电系统的软件工具链开发经验。 - 做过数据采集/回放、日志分析、监控诊断、自动化测试、SIL/HIL、场景回归、版本准入、问题闭环看板等工具或平台。 - 有跨中间件、跨域控、跨传感器的数据链路打通经验，如 ROS/ROS2、DDS、SOME/IP、CAN/DBC、SDK 接入、传感器数据同步等。
