1、负责小鹏国际充电的内外部流量合作，结合场站定价策略，实现国际充电业务用户增长与经营平衡； 2、负责当地充电服务市场调研和分析（用户行为洞察、定价、订阅服务方案等），拉通小鹏国际业务及当地经销商，制定国家级/区域级充电服务策略与充电权益，助力国际充电业务的用户规模扩张与营收增长； 3、根据海外用户充电行为特点和VOC，优化用户找站寻桩到充电启停的完整体验路径，并协同产品优化； 4、运用数据分析工具，对站点数据、经营数据、用户行为数据等进行深入分析，给出洞察结论。

1、3年以内工作经验，交易业务（如充电/电商）的用增&营销优先，充电/汽车/能源行业优先； 2、英语流利，能够作为工作语言； 3、熟悉SQL等数据分析工具更佳。
