1. 跨文化沟通与协同：可独立对接海外代工厂物流团队和项目团队，配合完成跨岗位协作，牵头小型运输项目； 2. 海外合规与风险把控：熟悉海外KD工厂合规要求，能独立开展KD国内装箱运输合规自查，保障合规一致性； 3. 问题解决与整改：独立处理KD工厂发运端异常，保障按期装箱发运，拉到资源解决发运瓶颈(塞港、缺箱、船期晚等）； 4. 学习能力提升：主动学习物流信息化技术，全流程监控发运环节，推动信息可视化。

1.具备国际物流 & 海运 / 空运实操能力，了解订舱、拖车、装箱、报关、商检、监装。了解整柜 FCL、拼箱 LCL、海运、空运、铁路运输，擅长跟踪船期、航程、到港、清关、派送全链路。 2.国际贸易知识，精通贸易条款：FOB、CIF、CFR、DAP、EXW。国际贸易的箱单、发票、产地证、提单、清关文件。 了解不同国家清关政策、关税、认证、海关查验。 3.物流成本控制，具备核算KD工厂码头拖车费用、堆存费、港杂费的技能。 4. 供应商管理能力，推动拖车供应商提升服务水平(及时率、异常反馈及处理、服务质量），协调船司和代理的处理异常。 5. 系统与文档能力，会使用SAP、货代系统、出口物流系统、WMS，做出货报表、在途库存、物流时效、成本分析。英文单据、英文邮件及日常口语沟通、英文对账无压力。
