1、负责分析海外制造基地厂内物流过程中技术问题，提出解决方案并实施改进措施； 2、负责对接海外港口、集装箱堆场和各物流环节运输短驳异常问题，协调并提出解决方案并实施改进措施； 3、熟悉欧洲和东盟关务流程，识别并管理关务问题并跨部门协调问题升级和解决； 4、对物料进行日常管理和定期库存盘点，对库存问题进行分析并针对盘差物料进行改善； 5、对海外制造基地、船东、集装箱堆场和物流车辆等供应商进行监督管理，制定相关质量、交付和成本指标进行日常管理； 6、对接新车型导入项目，确保新车型海外物流过程满足生产计划需求。

1、本科及以上，6年以上汽车物流规划与管理经验，具备国际物流、关务等经验者优先； 2、具备一定的项目管理能力，能够合理规划和执行物流技术改进项目； 3、有优秀的统筹能力和风险预判能力，擅长数据分析，并据此制定相关的策略与规划； 4、具备良好的沟通协调、谈判、领导能力。有责任心，原则性强，职业操守好，能承受较高强度的工作压力； 5、英语可作为工作语言（擅长德语优先）。
