1、负责L4 Robotaxi自动驾驶功能的需求定义、方案设计、开发推进、测试验证及版本交付，确保功能按计划、按质量上线； 2、负责自动驾驶系统内部跨模块集成，推进端到端、车辆控制等模块的联调及问题闭环； 3、协同整车、座舱、云端平台及远程运营团队，负责与自动驾驶强耦合功能的需求、接口定义、集成开发和验收； 4、参与安全冗余、故障降级、MRM、主动安全、远程协助等L4关键能力的方案设计及落地 5、联合项目经理及技术负责人识别风险和关键依赖，推动跨团队问题解决及项目节点达成。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、汽车电子、车辆工程等相关专业； 2、具备自动驾驶、智能驾驶或复杂软件系统相关开发经验，熟悉需求、开发、测试及版本交付流程； 3、熟悉自动驾驶技术原理，理解感知、定位、端到端、规划控制及车辆控制等模块的功能和接口关系； 4、熟悉安全冗余、MRM、主动安全、远程协助或Robotaxi业务系统中的一个或多个领域； 5、具备较强的系统分析、问题解决、跨团队沟通和项目推动能力。 加分项 1、具有L4 Robotaxi、无人配送或无人接驳产品的实际开发和落地经验； 2、熟悉C++、Python、Linux及自动驾驶软件集成和日志分析流程； 3、熟悉整车、座舱、云端平台或远程运营系统相关技术； 4、具备良好的英文技术文档阅读和沟通能力。
