岗位职责 1. 负责 Linux 内核内存管理的深入调优与机制定制，构建可长期演进的内存管理方案。 2. 针对重负载、内存衰退等场景下的系统卡顿、低内存 IO 阻塞及应用启动延迟进行根因分析与优化。 3. 开发连续大块内存分配模块及 DMA-BUF / PCIe 内存共享机制，提升跨芯片/硬件加速器的数据传输效率。 4. 优化 Page Cache、预读及内存回收与文件系统的交互瓶颈，降低系统 IO 延迟。 5. 使用 perf、ftrace、perfetto、crash 等工具排查死锁、卡顿及内存泄漏等问题；推动前沿技术落地。 任职要求 1. 1年以上 Linux 内核 / 嵌入式 / Android 底层开发经验，本科及以上学历。 2. 精通Linux系统内存管理机制及相关的原理，深入理解操作系统原理与计算机体系结构，熟悉 ARM64 体系结构及内存序，精通 C 语言，熟悉汇编。 3. 熟悉文件系统与 Page Cache 机制，了解常见驱动架构（PCIe、V4L2、DMA 等），具备处理低内存场景下 IO 卡顿的实战经验。 4. 熟练掌握 perf、ftrace、perfetto、crash、trace-cmd、eBPF/bpftrace 等性能分析与调试工具，具备软硬锁、卡顿、D 状态、内存问题的独立排查与定位经验。 5. 具备手机终端或智能汽车（智驾/车机）重负载系统性能优化经验者优先。 6. 有 Linux 内核社区贡献（patch 被合入）或开源项目经历者优先
