岗位职责： 1、负责汽车涂装生产线设备的操作，包括面漆机器人、烘干炉等设备操作； 2、掌握机器人的基本构造及原理，了解设备的故障模式及程序设置，能够独立完成机器人的作业，对机器人进行简单保养维护，并处理机器人站在生产中出现的故障和简单异常； 3、能对面漆/涂胶机器人的参数进行修正，满足质量波动时的自主维护； 3、能独立开展涂装质量检查，对当班生产的车进行首中末检查，防止批量问题的产生； 4、遵守公司的安全生产规章制度，确保工作环境的安全； 5、完成上级领导交办的其他任务；

职位要求： 1、中专及以上学历，汽车、机械等相关专业优先； 2、具备2年以上汽车涂装操作经验； 3、熟悉汽车涂装工艺和设备，能够熟练操作喷涂设备； 4、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力； 5、具有强抗压能力，能适应较长工作时间；
