The posting

1、负责整车OTA版本中长期特性规划，挖掘用户VOC、开展用户调研、完成竞品对标分析，结合整车技术迭代路线，拉通座舱、智驾、整车、研发等多模块对齐需求，输出完整OTA版本规划方案，持续优化存量车辆智能化用车体验； 2、全流程跟进OTA需求生命周期，包含需求评审、需求落地跟进、版本上线验收，版本推送后开展用户满意度、NPS数据复盘评估，输出优化迭代方案； 3、承担跨部门协同工作，联动研发、测试、市场、用户运营等团队，协调解决OTA规划、开发、推送全流程卡点与难点，推动项目按期落地； 4、跟踪OTA上线后的用户反馈、故障舆情与使用数据，沉淀分析报告，反向迭代后续版本功能规划； 5、参与搭建OTA产品规划标准化流程、运营评估体系，完善版本管理、用户体验复盘相关规范文档。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、电子信息、软件工程、自动化等工科相关专业优先； 2、1-3年工作经验，熟悉智能座舱、自动驾驶、车载OTA、手机智能系统任一领域，有车企、互联网科技大厂产品/运营相关实习、项目竞赛经历者优先； 3、优秀跨部门沟通协调能力，主动性强，有良好项目推进意识，可高效协调多方资源解决业务卡点； 4、对汽车智能化、车载OTA升级、用户体验运营有浓厚兴趣，具备较强学习能力、复盘总结意识； 5、责任心强，细致有耐心，抗压能力良好，具备优秀团队协作精神，在校有项目统筹、学生工作经验优先。
