1、全域版本交付总控。 统筹座舱、智驾平台软件的 OTA版本全生命周期管理，制定项目计划，前置风险管控，保障版本质量、交付节点与海内外发布目标落地； 2、 交付体系与效能升级。持续优化过程流程标准；组织版本复盘沉淀，驱动研发交付能力迭代升级； 3、跨组织协同与攻坚。 协调跨域、跨部门、海内外资源；统筹全层级干系人管理，推动跨组织复杂卡点与关键问题闭环解决； 4、 质量与合规发布管理。 统筹国内 OTA 发布运营，负责海外本地化、数据隐私合规与全球化版本交付落地。

1、本科及以上学历，汽车电子、软件工程相关专业；5 年以上座舱 / 智驾 / 平台软件项目管理经验，具备 OTA 大版本量产交付实战经历； 2、 熟悉整车软件开发、OTA 全链路发布流程，掌握智驾与座舱基本技术原理；有交付流程变革优化的落地能力； 3、 具备较强的干系人管理、跨组织推动与复杂问题闭环能力；目标感强、抗压能力优秀，可胜任多项目并行管控。 加分项： 1、同时具备座舱 + 智驾 + 平台软件三域融合经验； 2、英语可用于日常工作交流，有海外软件交付、跨境合规项目经验。
