1、2025年、2026 届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程、项目管理等专业优先； 2、沟通表达能力强，能够进行跨团队沟通和项目资源协调； 3、目标感强，具备良好的计划管理、节点推进和问题闭环能力； 4、积极主动，执行力强，具备良好的团队协作精神； 5、具备数据分析、总结复盘和快速学习能力； 6、有软件开发、数据分析或项目管理工具建设经验者优先；了解 Java、Spring、MyBatis、MQ、Hadoop、Flink 等技术者优先。
