1、负责VLA自动驾驶大模型在Robotaxi的研发，适配针对城市复杂路况的博弈策略，保证 Robotaxi 安全运营； 2、解决VLA在Robotaxi的实际量产项目中的问题； 3、按照Robotaxi的需求梳理并实现完整的功能安全方案及安全冗余架构； 4、基于VLA及安全冗余架构，构建完善的分级指令式云舱平台，保证安全运营； 5、推进适配Robotaxi的集成版本交付。

1、有 VLA、VLM 模型开发及落地的相关经验； 2、有自动驾驶端到端项目的经验，熟悉轨迹预测/规划等相关算法； 3、具备良好的数理功底以及代码能力； 4、有自动驾驶、机器人领域AI算法经验优先。
