岗位职责： 1. SQE体系化建设与流程再造 - 设计并落地集团统一的供应商质量管理流程框架（从准入到退出），推动跨业务线流程标准化（如新供应商认证、PPAP审批、变更管理）。 - 主导SQE相关制度、SOP及模板的制定，确保符合ISO/IATF等体系要求，并通过数字化工具固化流程。 2. 数字化平台统筹与落地 - 规划并实施SQE数字化系统，集成质量数据（检验、投诉、绩效）与采购、生产系统。 - 推动AI/大数据技术在质量预警、供应商风险评估中的应用，实现预测性质量管理。 3. 效能提升与变革管理 - 通过精益方法识别SQE流程瓶颈，主导自动化、低代码工具落地，缩短问题响应周期。 - 建立SQE效能指标体系，包括流程时效、问题关闭率、质量成本节约等，定期复盘并推动改进。 4. 数据治理与决策支持 - 构建供应商质量数据中台，统一数据口径，生成可视化看板，支持管理层决策。 - 通过数据建模分析供应商质量趋势，输出前瞻性报告（如高风险物料预警、供应商分级策略）。 5. 跨域协同与赋能 - 联动采购、研发、生产部门，推动SQE流程在前端业务场景的嵌入。 - 为区域SQE团队提供系统培训、工具及方法论支持，确保全球/多工厂标准一致。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上，工业工程、质量管理、计算机或相关专业，兼具质量&IT背景优先。 2. 10年以上供应链/质量管理经验，8年以上中台或数字化项目主导经验，有0-1搭建SQE系统案例，全球化供应链质量平台搭建经验优先。 3. 精通质量管理体系及工具（FMEA/APQP）；熟悉数字化系统及敏捷开发流程。 4. 强系统性思维，能平衡标准化与业务灵活性需求；出色的变革管理能力，能推动跨部门流程重构；数据敏感，擅长通过量化分析驱动改进。
