【岗位职责】 1. 新品开发质量策划：主导新车型座椅零件APQP先期质量策划，确保开发流程符合IATF16949及项目节点要求。 2. 供应商能力建设：执行潜在供应商审核，主导量产供应商质量体系审查（VDA 6.3/IATF16949），制定提升计划。 3. 验证与交付管理：参与零件DV/PV试验评审，跟踪PV验证问题闭环。签署PPAP文件，确保量产工艺能力（CPK≥1.67）及检测标准符合整车要求。 4. 问题解决与持续改进：运用工具主导供应链端质量问题分析，推动根治措施落地。 5. 售后质量改进：主导市场质量问题的供应商端根因分析与整改，降低售后故障率。 【任职要求】 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械工程/车辆工程/高分子材料（非金属材料方向）专业优先。 2. 经验要求：1~2年以上主机厂SQE经验。 3. 专业能力： - 熟练应用IATF16949核心工具（APQP/FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC）。 - 精通QC七大手法及8D报告编写，具备现场问题快速定位能力。 - 熟悉常见座椅零件的设计结构、功能原理、工艺过程。 4. 具备较强的学习能力，逻辑严谨、数据敏感。 5. 具备供应链谈判技巧及跨部门协调能力（研发/采购/生产）。
