主导VLA 2.0大模型全生命周期管理： 负责自动驾驶端到端VLA（Vision-Language-Action）大模型技术项目的管理工作。涵盖从前沿技术探索、立项资料收集、需求定义（多模态数据需求、评测标准等）、可行性分析，到云端模型训练、车端工程化部署及最终量产交付的全流程管控。 制定并执行大模型迭代进度计划： 定期组织关键节点对齐会议，统筹规划并严密监控核心资源（如GPU算力集群规划、海量多模态数据采集与标注进度）。更新项目日志，量化跟踪模型训练指标（Loss收敛、闭环仿真通过率等）与车端部署指标（推理时延、显存占用等）。 驱动跨团队/跨领域高效协同： 作为核心枢纽，打破算法团队（CV/NLP/大模型研发）、数据平台团队、Infra算力团队及车端系统/测试团队之间的壁垒。推动重大技术攻坚（如长尾场景泛化、大模型端侧量化适配等），理顺数据与模型OTA发版流程，保障高质量、高效率的协同作战。

背景要求： 计算机、人工智能、自动化、车辆工程、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有4年以上技术项目管理经验。具备AI大模型（尤佳：端到端自动驾驶、多模态大模型、VLM/LLM等）相关技术背景优先考虑。 流程经验： 熟悉知名自动驾驶企业、头部AI公司或造车新势力的大模型研发与数据闭环迭代流程；了解敏捷开发（Agile）与车规级量产开发流程的有机结合。 工具方法： 熟练掌握项目管理相关方法与工具（如Jira, Confluence等），了解大模型开发的基础设施。 综合素质： 责任心强，具备极高的自我驱动力，对前沿AI技术（如GPT-4V、端到端自动驾驶架构）有强烈的学习热情；表达沟通能力强，具备在资源受限和高压环境下推动落地的团队合作精神与抗压能力。 加分项： 具有自动驾驶端到端（End-to-End）/ VLM/ VLA项目管理经验； 具备一线AI算法研发、Infra架构或多模态数据闭环系统开发经历； 拥有项目管理相关专业证书； 有业界头部AI企业/自动驾驶明星创企工作经历； 英语听说读写流利（能无障碍阅读最新AI顶会论文及与海外专家技术交流）。
