【岗位职责】 1、深入理解汽车行业各功能域，熟悉汽车自研产品规划、技术路线及研发需求，根据DRE 设计要求，成本目标要求推荐符合要求的电子元器件； 2、熟悉并提供关键元器件的市场供应情况、主流方案、技术趋势、替代方案及优劣势分析，辅助研发决策； 3、与研发部门保持紧密合作，全程参与新产品开发流程。在研发早期阶段介入，根据DRE提供的技术参数或初始BOM进行精确的物料成本估算，识别高成本器件和潜在降本机会； 4、在研发早期阶段介入，提供供应链可采购性设计反馈，优化设计以提高可制造性和供应链韧性； 5、在研发阶段参与初步的供应商评估和技术交流，与潜在或现有供应商进行技术层面的沟通，了解其产品路线图、产能规划、技术支持能力； 6、有计划的主导工厂各产品的VAVE；

职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，10年以上关于电子元器件采购、TQC或硬件/系统架构开发工作经验。 2、熟悉电子元器件供应链资源，丰富的品类寻源工作经验，对电子物料品类技术路线，和电子元器件的用途、规格参数、产品性能、质量检验标准和要求有一定了解。 3、具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力、谈判能力、业务开拓能力和执行能力，能在技术和商务语言间自如切换，清晰表达观点和建议，在个人专业方向可以独当一面； 4、有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心强，合规意识强； 5、具备良好的数据统计与分析能力，能看懂datasheet，熟练使用各种办公软件。
