1、根据公司品牌战略，制定品牌视觉策略，主导新品牌 / 母品牌 / 子品牌 VI 体系搭建、视觉升级，建立长期可持续的品牌视觉语言。 2、输出标准化 VI 管理手册，建立品牌视觉管控机制，统筹多产品线、多区域视觉统一；组织 VI 规范宣贯、培训与视觉巡检。 3、负责重大品牌项目视觉创意：品牌发布会、形象升级、品牌包装体系、全球传播视觉主视觉。 4、管理外部设计供应商，把控创意方向、品质、预算与交付节点。 5、沉淀品牌设计资产、组件模板、视觉指南，赋能市场、营销团队自助产出合规物料。 6、持续复盘品牌视觉市场表现，输出视觉迭代方案，强化品牌差异化识别。

1、5 年以上品牌全案设计经验，独立主导至少 2 套完整 VI 体系落地，有集团多品牌管理经验优先。 2、精通 VI 从策略→创意→规范→落地全链路，具备较强提案能力，可向管理层汇报设计方案。 3、精通色彩管理、各类媒介输出标准；理解线上数字化视觉与线下实体物料差异。 4、具备商业思维，能结合业务目标做视觉决策，平衡创意、成本与落地可行性。 5、优秀跨部门协同能力，逻辑清晰，具备规范搭建、流程梳理能力。
