The posting

1、负责自动驾驶功能交付，主导需求定义、功能规范编制、编制功能开发计划、推进自动驾驶软件按计划开发、推进测试工程师按计划测试验证，确保功能按时按质交付； 2、负责功能开发过程中的问题分析，跟进问题整改和验收，确保功能按照项目节点要求上线； 3、协助项目经理推进自动驾驶系统在整车项目开发中的相关工作； 4、主导模型的发版验证与效果验收，根据模型数据驱动的迭代方式对模型版本进行验收并推动迭代，确保模型按计划迭代、效果拟人。

以下为基本条件： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子、机械电子等相关专业优先； 2、本科相关经验2年或以上；研究生相关经验1年或以上； 3、熟悉自动驾驶技术原理，包括感知、定位、规控算法等； 4、了解端到端自动驾驶系统。 以下为加分项： 1、熟练使用GPT等AI 工具或了解prompt工程； 2、有成功的L2高阶辅助驾驶产品（NGP/NOA）量产开发经验，完整车型相关项目负责人经历，熟悉辅助驾驶产品研发、算法研发、测试流程及整车开发流程； 3、熟悉C++算法开发和软件集成流程； 4、良好的职业素养和全局观，优秀的沟通与组织协调能力，团队合作意识； 5、优秀高效的项目管控能力、项目推动力、执行力、逻辑能力，突出的问题解决能力； 6、英语流利。
