1、组织业务关联方、模型算法工程师、Harness工程师等，完成系统架构方案设计和检讨； 2、根据产品需求、法律法规等开展需求分析，完成功能规范编写（包含系统架构、场景定义、通讯协议、需求拆解、性能指标和验收方法等）； 3、向开发同学完成技术需求讲解和澄清，确保理解一致并确定最终的软件实现方案； 4、组织开发和业务关联方确定开发目标和开发计划，通过PDCA流程推进业务团队达成开发目标； 5、主导完成仿真Metric设计和仿真数据集准备，推进模型版本高效评测和迭代； 6、组织完成软件部署和实车调试，确保功能正常运行；跟进测试验证，开展测试问题分析，跟进问题整改和验收，确保功能按照项目节点要求保质保量交付； 7、按照产品规划和项目计划开展OTA工作，不断推进产品迭代升级。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆/通讯/计算机相关专业优先； 2、本科工作经验2年及以上；研究生工作经验1年及以上； 3、具备车载功能系统设计和跨域功能集成开发1年以上工作实践经验； 4、熟悉QNX/linux/Android操作系统和调试指令，可以独立开展实车调试和故障诊断工作； 加分项 1、熟悉端到端大模型开发的工作流程和方法；熟悉自动驾驶(行车/泊车)功能场景和实现原理；熟悉整车的通讯原理，了解CAN总线、以太网的协议设计规范； 2、可以熟练使用AI工具开展文档编写、技术调研、问题分析等工作；具备良好的的数据分析处理技能； 3、主观能动性好，学习能力强，具备良好的逻辑思维和系统思维； 4、沟通顺畅，责任心强，敢于挑战，富有创新精神。
