本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业。 3年以上Unity或Unreal开发经验，具备XR项目开发经验。 熟悉C#或C++开发，掌握OpenXR等相关技术框架。 熟悉AR/VR设备开发，如HoloLens、RealWear、Meta Quest、Pico等。 具备三维场景开发、模型优化及交互设计能力。 具备良好的英语沟通能力，可支持海外项目实施与交流。
